See <a href=\"https:\/\/piscatawayhills.org\/our-neighborhood\/waterfront-park\/lot-39-rules\/\">rules regarding using the Waterfront Park<\/a><\/li>\n<li>PHCA supports maintenance of our entrance sign<\/li>\n<li>PHCA represents you and your neighbors to agencies whose activities impact our area<\/li>\n<li>PHCA fights adverse zoning<\/li>\n<li>PHCA lobbies for area improvements<\/li>\n<li>PHCA keeps us apprised of legislative developments<\/li>\n<li>PHCA sponsors neighborhood events (Oktoberfest, Summer Picnic, Wine Tasting, and more)<\/li>\n<li>PHCA funds the newsletter<\/li>\n<li>PHCA funds the neighborhood directory<\/li>\n<li>PHCA funds the website \u2013 www.piscatawayhills.org<\/li>\n<li>PHCA supports committee to pick up litter along Piscataway Drive<\/li>\n<li>PHCA supports the PHCA Facebook page (FB Group: Piscataway Hills Citizens Association)<\/li>\n<li>PHCA supports Piscataway Neighborhood Watch program and entrance camera<\/li>\n<li>PHCA funds new neighbor welcome baskets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">How To Become A Member?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<div align=\"left\">Help make Piscataway Hills a stronger community by becoming a member of PHCA.
