Walkers following the Piscataway Creek Trail to the Fort Washington Marina often get discouraged by a swath of wetlands that inhibits travel and trail use, residents say.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s divided,\u201d said Mark Holt, the co-founder of the coalition. \u201cWithout going all the way through it\u2019s much less usable by the public. It doesn\u2019t connect to anything.\u201d<\/p>\n
To boost interest in the trail, members of the coalition are pushing for the construction of a wetland bridge, a project that\u2019s been funded since 2010, but has yet to get off the ground.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
